SWEDISH BITTER - 200ml - Maria Treben
Bitter Maria Treben Swedish is a dietary supplement recommended in spring times as it brings vitality and energy fighting the dreaded spring asthenia. This syrup has a cleansing and purgative action due to its content of Aloe vera (not all Swedish bitters contain this plant), helping to improve bowel movement. It helps make heavy digestions after a heavy meal. It also facilitates the expulsion of gases.
The Swedish Bitters also has decongestant and liver protective action, acting both in the gallbladder.
The Swedish Bitters is a product made with different bitter plants, macerated in brandy, and routinely used for centuries as a digestive tonic and tonic. It is a very useful traditional remedy. It keeps well and does not lose effectiveness over time.

Composition (according to the original recipe):
Aloe (Aloe succotrina) or powdered wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)
camphor (Cinnamomum camphora)
Saffron (Crocus sativus)
Manna (Fraxinus ornus)
Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)
Rhubarb root (rhubarb)
Cedoaria root (Curcuma Zedoaria ROSC)
Angelica root (Angelica archangelica)
Root Carlina vulgaris (Carlina vulgaris)
Sen (Cassia acutifolia Delile)
How to use:
It is advisable to dilute it in a tea, water or juice. For the correct dosage in adults, taking as much a teaspoon or 25 drops three times a day, preferably after meals and children, depending on age, they can be given two to four drops per year of age.
- When you have eaten too much or the food has been heavy, they can take one to two teaspoons of elixir after eating.
